Policy

We do not refund unless the item(s) is faulty and/or we are at fault.


We allow size changes and exchanges as long as you contact us within 7 days of delivery date and the item(s) is received within 14 days. If we don't stock the size that you would like then we shall give you a code in which will act as a gift voucher/store credit. To change an item we will request a payment for postage; the cost will be the original price you paid for postage.

All orders are posted via Royal Mail. If for whatever reason you don't receive your order then we are not at fault and it is up to you to find out what has happened to your order. We can prove to you through receipts that we have posted your order. To reassure, we have never had an order not received by a customer.

All emails from orders will be added to our mailing list.
